The SHESC Business Team provides support to our faculty, postdoctoral associates and graduate students to identify funding, apply for grants, manage, and close out their awards. Please submit an Intake Form as you begin the grant process.

Develop a Proposal

Please fill out and submit the Intake Form at least six weeks prior to the grant deadline or as soon as possible.

Schedule an Appointment

You may also schedule an appointment with the Research Advancement team to assist you with the proposal process.

Funding Search Tool

Pivot is a tool designed to assist faculty, graduate students, and research staff in searching for external funding opportunities. It also allows you to create profiles based on your research interests. Pivot is updated with funding opportunities daily and provides the ability to create alerts based on searches that fit your needs.

Resources for Graduate Students

The Research Advancement team supports SHESC graduate students with the preparation and submission of external grant applications. If you are planning to apply for a grant in the upcoming year, please notify Research Advancement at least 1.5 months before the deadline or as soon as possible.

Please submit the Intake Form as completely as possible. This will assist your designated RA in getting your proposal on ASU's submission calendar.
