ASU has the technology tools to help you succeed in the classroom and in the field. Review these resources and contact the SHESC main office with additional questions or concerns.

Office or Lab Computers

If you are experiencing a problem with your work computer, laptop or other ASU device, please submit a ticket with the University Technology Office for help.

Classroom Technology

If you are teaching in a general university classroom, UTO Classroom Support is on call to help with your projector, computer and audio issues. In the SHESC building, this applies to room 340 only.

If you are in a specialized laboratory classroom, including SHESC room 341, contact the main office for assistance.

Videoconferencing

If you will be video chatting a presenter into our large conference room (SHESC 254), please review these instructions. Contact the main office if you need assistance.

Equipment Check-out

We have the following equipment available to check out. Come to the main office in SHESC 233 to sign an item out. You will need your ASU ID number:

  • Clickers
  • Extension cords
  • HDMI cables
  • Mac adapters
  • Wireless microphone

We also have Dell laptops available by reservation only. Email us to reserve a laptop.
