AAGS Graduation Attire Rental Program

AAGS has graduation attire available for SHESC graduate students to rent for free.

If you are interested in renting any of this attire, please follow the instructions provided below. These requests are on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please contact an AAGS representative.

If you are interested in donating used ASU graduation attire, please contact an AAGS representative for further information.

Graduation Attire Currently Available for Rent

• 1 PhD gown (5’ 7”)
• 1 MA gown (< 5’ 4”)
• 1 MA gown (5’ 4” - 5’ 6”)
• 1 MA gown (5’ 4” - 5’ 6”)
• 1 MA hood + cap*

*AAGS does not have any graduation tassels for rent. You will need to purchase these yourself if you are interested in attending graduation.

Terms and Conditions for Renting Graduation Attire
By renting graduation attire from AAGS, you agree to:

1. return the rented attire to the SHESC Front Office (SHESC 233) no later than 5 days after the last graduation ceremony
2. clean or mend the rented attire in the event of spills, tears, or other small fixes
3. replace any pieces of the rented attire that are lost or damaged beyond repair

Instructions for Renting Graduation Attire

1. Complete the AAGS Graduation Attire Request and Rental Agreement Form.
2. An AAGS representative will contact you and the SHESC Front Office via email to let you know if the attire you requested is available and if your rental agreement has been approved.
3. After receiving this approval, you may pick up your rental graduation attire in the SHESC Front Office (SHESC 233).
4. You must return the rented graduation attire (and hanger) to the SHESC Front Office (SHESC 233) no later than 5 days after the last graduation ceremony.
