Course planning for the following academic year occurs early in the fall semester and takes place via the approach heads. Any questions can be directed to either your approach head or director of undergraduate studies who oversees the curriculum planning process. Standard Time Frames are mandated by the university and we need to adhere to the in order to get university classroom space.
