Global Impact Collaboratory

Transforming International Development Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

The Global Impact Collaboratory (GIC) is how the Center for Global Health partners development practitioners and social scientists to advance cutting-edge, scientifically-valid, cost-effective methods for designing and tracking behavioral, social, and cultural change in low-resource communities and vulnerable sectors of society.

About Us

The Global Impact Collaboratory is about transforming how we plan for and demonstrate the impacts of development programs on people and their communities. Our goal is to answer two questions:  How can we ensure our international development projects are really working? How can we make sure what we learn on projects, about what really works, is widely shared?

Projects

Our signature projects are testing innovative social research methods for supporting community-based programs in low resource settings at multiple sites across the globe.
