Monica Hopkins is the graduate student support specialist and course scheduler for the School of Human Evolution and Social Change, where she is responsible for advising faculty, staff, and students on Graduate and University policies and procedures as well as oversight of admissions processes, prospective student inquiries, and unit course scheduling. Hopkins previously served as  the student services assistant for the school's undergraduate advisors assisting with undergraduate online program advising, walk-in appointments, and providing main office support. Her prior roles include varying roles in customer service while at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, AZ and Walt Disney World's Contemporary Resort in Orlando, FL. She has nearly eight years of experience in customer service.
