Jessica Rothwell is a Ph.D. candidate studying Bioarchaeology at the School of Human Evolution and Social Change.  In 2015, she received an NSF Graduate Research Fellowship and her B.A. in Anthropology from New York University. She received her M.A. from Arizona State University in 2017. 

Her dissertation research focuses on childhood health and social identity at the cemetery site of Phaleron in Athens, Greece (ca. 700-480 BC).
