While study abroad programs are traditionally designed for undergraduate students only, field schools offer a health-based or anthropological hands-on learning experience for both undergraduate and graduate students.

The School of Human Evolution and Social Change hosts field-based programs in archaeology, medical anthropology and community health. Led by noted faculty, these field schools provide hands-on learning experiences that build skill sets, increase knowledge and create collaborative ties.
